The map reveals two proposed planes to build a new school in the town of Canterbury.

The first side (S1) is located in the north-east side of the city. This plan is close to the main road and reaching to Surry School will be easy for students (5km). Furthermore, if students come from Chartham school  which is 7km to the south west, they will be able to get to home by taking main roads. In addition, living in the countryside is healthy for students because people who live in the countryside breathe receive fresh air. This location is also not far from the town centre.

The second side (S2) is situated in the middle of the city centre and this side is suitable for the students who come from either Sturry or Chartham. Another advantage of (S2) is that it is located near to the housing area which means it would be convenient convenience for students to live and to study. However, parents cannot drive their children all the way to school because there are no traffic zones in the town centre.
