The diagrams give information about improvements at three different stages at Queen Mary Hospital between 1960 and 2000.

In 1960, the hospital was built close to the main road and next to the shopping centre. Behind of the hospital Car Park was located, while in the left side of the car park was put up farmland.                                                

In 1980, the shopping centre was turned into two sections of the hospital (Cancer Centre and Pharmacy). Furthermore, the farmland was demolished to make way for Nursing School.                             By 2000, the pharmacy and the hospital were remained unchanged but cancer centre was enlarged by destroying the nursing school. Moreover, the car park was divided into two places (Nursing school and Car park).

 In general, it is clearly seen that the diagram became home of the hospital and the car park has been reduced by half.
