The bar chart provides information about the levels of spending on junk foods in the UK with the line graph indicating the trends on fast food consumption between 1970 and 1990 in this country.
The highest figure was for hamburgers, showing 43 pence for each person a week by high income groups. The rest two groups followed them with their 33 and 14 pence expenditure on hamburgers respectively. All three income groups spent a total of 40 pence on pizza with their share of 20, 12 and 8 pence according to their earnings. Each person with average income made expenditure of 25 pence on fish and chips in a week, whereas their both high and low income counterparts spent the same 17 pence on this junk food.
As is shown by line chart, the consumption of hamburger and pizza increased by about 100 g and 50 g respectively from 1970 to 1980. ...
