Overall, there are eleven stages in the process beginning with harvesting the coffee beans and culminating in the packaging.

To begin, coffee beans are picked manually from coffee trees. In the second stage they are dried in the open air under the sun before roasting process begins. At roasting stage, beans are put on the fire. After that, beans are cooled rapidly in a special container. The next phase is when beans are grinded. Then they are delivered to the next phase where they are mixed with hot water. Then, the mixture is strained to be ready for freezing process. Following that frozen liquid is grinded again to make coffee powder. Before all coffee is packed into the jars to be ready for sale, it is dried by applying heat in a vacuum so that all water is evaporated.
